Have you ever been in the mood for something unusual and refreshing but also insanely delicious and beautiful? This would be a definite "wow" factor at any and every event. It's almost too pretty to drink. It's dairy free, gluten free and will definitely create a lasting impression.
Strawberry & Rose infused Iced Oat Milk
For the syrup:
4-5 strawberries cut up.
1/2 cup sugar
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 teaspoon of rose water
For the rose ice:
In an ice tray out a few rose petals and fill with water and put in the freezer in 30 minutes take it out and press the leaves down and put back in the freezer. Now you have beautiful rose ice cubes.
Purée your strawberries and set aside. In a saucepan heat 1/2 cup sugar with 1/4 cup water and lemon juice when it becomes sticky add your purées strawberries and rose water and stir well. Let it simmer till it’s well incorporated. Set aside to cool.
In your nutri bullet or blender add 3 cubes of ice a heaped tablespoon of your syrup and 3/4 of a glass of oat milk and purée till you reach your desired consistency.
