Ingredients: 1/3 cup EVOO 1/3 cup Peri peri sauce 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 6-8 cloves of garlic onion powder Juice of 2 lemons Sriracha to taste Yellow mustard Salt
1 whole onion
Chicken 4-6 lbs chicken drumsticks
Purée all ingredients in a blender and pour over chicken and marinate up to 24 hours.
Grill it on an open flame or in a cast iron skillet.
Ready to serve. Bon apetit!
Pair with a side of pasta (or rice, potatos, etc.) and salad.
