The only ingredient you need to make Ghee is a high quality butter. I use Kerrygold unsalted butter. Put the butter in your instant pot and turn it on to the sautee mode on high. Once the butter is melted put it on the low heat till the white froth comes to the top and it has a nutty fragrance Turn off the instant pot and remove the pot and set on a trivet to cool slightly. Strain into your glass food safe container and let it cool. Your ghee is ready. Take a picture, post it & tag me.
