Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

1 whole chicken cut in pieces

butter

celery

carrots

onions

garlic

Mushroom Powder

salt & pepper

Wide egg noodles


Method:

Heat butter sauté garlic salt pepper onions potatoes carrots and celery Then throw in the raw chicken cut in pieces. Brown just a little bit ( approximately 5 minutes) add water and boil till the liquid is reduced by 1/2 Then you add celery salt and mushroom powder and throw in the noodles and let them cook till tender. I used egg noodles and they cook really fast. Serve w crusty bread. When you make it please take a picture and tag me
