Chicken and Broccoli over Crispy Noodles


Egg noodles

Soy sauce

Chili garlic sauce

Sesame oil

Rice vinegar

Sugar snap peas

Broccoli

Carrots sliced thinly

Garlic

Ginger

Sesame seeds

black bean paste

Chicken cut in small pieces

Corn starch

Take your chicken and toss in corn starch and soy sauce

Boil water and throw in noodles. Cook for just a minute or so and drain. Set aside

In a wok heat some oil add thinly sliced ginger and garlic

Throw in your chicken and add all the spices. When almost ready throw in all veggies except for the broccoli.

In a separate pot boil water. When it comes to a rolling boil throw in the broccoli florets. Boil for just a minute or so then drain and add to ice water

Drain when cooled and add to the chicken

In a wok heat oil and toss the noodles so it gets a little crispy. Add your chicken mixture and toss well. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy. Post a picture and don’t forget to tag me
